We've gone to great lengths to ensure that our network, applications, and access points are regularly updated and tested to protect you from the latest threats and intrusions.
What information do we share?
Investigator profile information
When you create a personal profile on our database your information is only available to MyKludo employees (including the third party provider for technical and troubleshooting purposes), the data base is not searchable by anyone else.
When you reply to a request for quote or when your profile is shared with a clients through MyKludo we will share parts of your profile information. This will not include your address or contact details but it will include your description paragraph of your services and a link to your linked-in profile if you have one.
The link we share with clients is accessible for 7 days only and clients will not be able to go back to open your profile after that period of time.
When clients post details of a case for RFQ purposes, we will share sufficient information to obtain quotes for services and determine the right skills needed to deliver the work. Only after engagement and the Case Agreement is signed are the investigators private contact details and the case details shared between the two parties.
MyKludo uses a third-party providers to transmit and store your personal data. MyKludo providers are using world class data security systems and processes similar to those already in use in the industry. These providers both comply with relevant international data privacy regulations.
Case information is stored onshore in Australia and complies with the highest industry standards for storage of confidential information. Our service provider Data Services which host investigator profiles are hosted in Amazon Web Services (AWS) facilities in the USA and Ireland.
